As an Online service, to change or create anything you must be connected via the

reduce your time spent on-line.
Q25 - I've made changes to my web page but when I go to the page I cant
see the changes I've made?
Slide Down /

A common problem if you are using Internet Explorer is the browser's 'cache'
memory. These are the pages you have visited in the past which are 'remembered' by
your browser. To correct this, press the SHIFT key and then F5 on your keyboard to
force the browser to refresh its cache. You can also try CTRL and F5 if that
doesn't fix the problem.
If that fails then you will need to click on VIEW (or TOOLS) in the menu bar and
select INTERNET OPTIONS. Under the 'General' tab in the middle of the dialog you
will see a section called Temporary Internet Files and a button marked DELETE
FILES. Click on this and close down ALL browser windows. Open Internet Explorer
again and go back to the problem page.
You can also reset your options to look for changes each time you visit a page
by clicking on 'settings' in the 'Check for newer versions of stored pages' area
and selecting 'every visit to the page'.
Q26 - When I visit my web page I see red crosses instead of my
images.
Slide Down /
Slide Up
This is most usually a simple case of needing to republishing the page in
question. From your filestore, select the page you are having difficulty with and
1st check that your graphics are visible in the 'page editor'. Then click on
'finish' and choose the 'save & publish' option and then log out. Close down
ALL browser windows. Open your browser again and go back to the problem page
remembering to 'refresh' the page to ensure you are viewing the latest version. If
you are still having a problem then e-mail us with your WWS Username and we will
investigate for you.

We have added a new feature to WWS that allows you to insert HTML instead of
having to use a Paragraph via the in-built Text Editor. This has a 'safe mode'
switch that will display the actual HTML code in the page rather than asking the
browser to display the 'effects' of the code.
When inserting raw HTML into a Paragraph you must be VERY careful to ensure that
any SCRIPT tags are correctly formed. When using an ampersand (&) type it like
