Web Weaver SiteBuilder (WWS) Terms & Conditions

WWS Trial must not be used for commercial purposes.

Web Weaver SiteBuilder reserves the right to change the contents of, or the charge for, the current service at any time.

WWS Business can be used to create a single commercial web site.

Pornographic, offensive, racist, defamatory or copyrighted material is not permitted on your WWS pages.

The HTML and graphic design of the WWS pages is the copyrighted.

The WWS Trial account and the web pages and graphics stored within them are subject to removal at the end of the trial period if the membership is not converted into WWS Business.

You must not send unsolicited commercial email (spam) using the webweaversitebuilder.com email or web site domain or URL or any other domain or URL hosted by Web Weaver SiteBuilder.

The WWS Trial service places a banner ad at the bottom of the web pages, which may not be removed.

All WWS templates have a Trade Mark on the bottom of each web page which cannot be removed.

WWS Trial and WWS Business may not be used by persons below the age of eighteen.

Web Weaver SiteBuilder reserves the right to terminate membership and remove published pages if we have reason to believe that any of the above conditions are breached.

Any WWS user who wishes to transfer their Domain away from Web Weaver SiteBuilder will be required to pay in advance of such transfer an administration fee of US$57/£35/€50*

The use of Web Weaver SiteBuilder and published sites must comply with applicable law.

Renewal of Services

informed by e-mail at least 30 days before the end of the subscription period that renewal is due. Subsequent subscriptions must be fully paid before the start date.

WWS Business is a subscription service provided by Web Weaver SiteBuilder. Each WWS member will be notified by email a minimum of 30 days prior to the renewal date of your website subscription(s). We will ask you to confirm by email that you wish to carry on with the services and keep any domain name(s) associated with your website active. Payment must be made a minimum of 7 days prior to the date of expiry.

We have to ensure we receive payment in this way as we have to pay for hosting and domain names up front.

Transactions are via PayPal unless otherwise agreed by Web Weaver SiteBuilder in writing. A valid email address, where we can contact the site owner, is required for the use of Web Weaver SiteBuilder services.

Cancellation of Services

If you wish to cancel the service please notify us at least one month prior to the subscription expiry date by using the General Enquiry Form on the contact page of our website. Please note that we do not give refunds in arrears for services already provided.

Unpaid Subscriptions

If your subscription for the website services is not paid in full at the required time your website will be taken down and your account closed. This will result in the deletion of your files from the FileStore and will affect your search engine rankings. Your domain name(s) will also be available for others to purchase unless a prior arrangement in writing is agreed with us.

Disclaimer

In no event shall Web Weaver SiteBuilder be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or profit, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the information on this site, even if Web Weaver SiteBuilder or a Web Weaver SiteBuilder authorized representative shall have been advised of the possibility of such, and whether based in an action in contract, or any other theory of liability.
